🍶
Description
Made with Yamada Nishiki rice milled to sixty four percent, this Junmai has a distinctive nose of apple, celery, pear, and herbal notes with a touch of daikon. The palate is smooth and round with real complexity, showing vegetal and umami depth alongside flavors of nougat, bread crumb, and almond. It grows slightly peppery and more herbal as it warms in the glass.
