Trayectoria
- 1862Founded. First-generation Heihachi Yamada began producing mirin using glutinous rice from the Nobi Plain.
- 1891The workshop and other facilities were half destroyed in the Nobi earthquake.
- 1905A traditional storehouse-style mirin warehouse was newly built (around 1905).
- 1922The residence was constructed over several years (around 1922).
- 1935Changed the brand name to 'Kankyo Mirin.'
- 1937A Western-style building was constructed.
- 1938A reinforced-concrete office building was constructed.
- 1954Began brewing the sake brand 'Shitenno.'
