Description
Watarusekennonikoroshi leitet seinen Namen von dem japanischen Ausdruck ab, der 'die Welt, die man durchqueren muss' bedeutet, verbunden mit der onikoroshi-Trocken-Sake-Tradition. Im Hanyu-Werk von Kingu Jozo in Saitama produziert, wird er im extrem trockenen Stil gebraut, der für onikoroshi-Sake charakteristisch ist. Das Ergebnis ist ein scharfer, sauberer, trockener Sake mit einem kompromisslosen Abgang.
