Emmankazokuonikoroshi ist die Demon-Slayer-Variante der Emmankazoku-Linie aus dem Hanyu-Werk von Kingu Jozo in Saitama. Die onikoroshi-Bezeichnung steht traditionell für einen extrem trockenen Sake, der kraftvoll genug ist, um einen Dämon zu fällen, gekennzeichnet durch hohe nihonshu-do-Werte und geringen Restzucker. Er bietet einen scharfen, trockenen Abgang, der gut zu reichhaltigen herzhaften Gerichten passt.
