Description

Benannt nach der historischen Burg von Tsuyama in der Präfektur Okayama, wird dieser Sake von einer 1889 gegründeten Brauerei produziert, die ihr Wasser aus dem Untergrund des Nakayama-Schreins bezieht. Die Brauerei verwendet ausschließlich in Okayama angebauten Reis für alle ihre Ausdrucksformen und hält an den traditionellen Bichuu-toji-Braumethoden fest.
