Tokubetsu Honjozo aus Miyama Nishiki aus Shinshu Shinmachi, in einer der kleinsten Brauereien Naganos durch Handwaschen des Reises und sorgfältige Koji-Pflege hergestellt. Der Honjozo-Stil fügt der Niedrigtemperaturfermentationsbasis eine leichte destillierte Alkoholkomponente hinzu und schärft den sauberen, zu Speisen passenden Abgang.
