Taiheizakura Daiginjo verwendet Yume no Kaori, Fukushimas eigenen Sake-Reis, von Taiheizakura Shuzo in Iwaki, Fukushima. Die Brauerei setzt ausschließlich aus Fukushima stammende Zutaten ein, und der Yume-no-Kaori-Reis in Verbindung mit der utsukushima-yume-Hefe erzeugt einen unverwechselbaren regionalen Daiginjo-Charakter.
