Gebraut mit einem proprietären zweistufigen Hefeprozess, der eine succinatreiche Hefe mit der hauseigenen Hanbei-Hefe kombiniert, bietet dieser futsu-shu reichen umami neben einem sauberen Abgang. Er ist leicht trocken und leicht leichtkörprig, mit einem Alkohol zwischen 13 % und 14 %.
