Fermentiert mit der charakteristischen Kumagaya-Hefe der Brauerei, zeigt er den umami-betonten Stil, den Gonda Shuzou über 170 Jahre handgepresstes Brauen mit dem traditionellen Funeshibori verfeinert hat.
