Description

Tokubetsu Junmai-Sake, gebraut nach der traditionellen kimoto-Methode. Ohne Hefezusatz wurde die natürliche Gärung 40 Tage lang bei niedrigen Temperaturen gefördert und dann 30 Tage lang langsam und sorgfältig veredelt. Man spürt die Säure, einen kraftvollen Geschmack und eine tiefe Aromatik. Passt gut zu cremigen Gerichten mit Milchprodukten wie Gratin, Blauschimmelkäse und Weichkäse.
