Description

Yamada Nishiki, poliert auf 40%, in einem Daiginjo, der nach Mori Ogai benannt ist, dem berühmten Romancier und Arzt der Meiji-Ära, der in Tsuwano geboren wurde. Die Brauerei, gegründet 1791 (Kansei 3) in der Burgstadt Tsuwano, Shimane, schöpft trotz des erhöhten Geländes aus einem tiefen Brunnen und produziert einen Sake, der für seinen vollen, kraftvollen Geschmack bekannt ist, der zu einer breiten Palette von Küchen passt.
