Dieser junmai wird aus Reis hergestellt, der auf den Terrassenfeldern von Kume Minamicho angebaut wird, wobei der Einsatz von Pestiziden so weit wie möglich reduziert wird. Die traditionelle yamahai-Fermentationsmethode wird eingesetzt, was einem sake mit authentischem Charakter und tiefem Bezug zu seinem Terroir ergibt.
