Dieses daiginjo der Marke Kiri Tsukuba trägt den Namen von Tomara Ogawa, dem Entdecker der Ogawa-Hefe. Durch dreijährige Reifung bei Eistemperatur (-5°C) bewahrt es das elegante ginjo-Aroma und entwickelt durch die Alterung milde, sanfte Aromen, die die Charakteristika der Ogawa-Hefe zum Ausdruck bringen. Kiritsukuba wurde bei verschiedenen Empfängen als repräsentativer sake für Ibaraki eingesetzt, darunter beim G7-Gipfel in Ise-Shima und beim G7 Ibaraki Tsukuba.
