Description

Kijoshu ist ein spezieller Sake-Stil, bei dem fertiggestellter Sake anstelle von Wasser während der Gärung verwendet wird, was einen natürlich süßen, vollmundigen Charakter mit erhöhtem Restzucker ergibt. Nishikatsu Shuzo's Kotobukiorudo trägt diese traditionelle Süß-Sake-Bezeichnung, die in der modernen Produktion selten ist.
