Katsuya ist ein junmai der Funaki Shuzo in Fukui, hergestellt aus einer Mischung von Gohyakumangoku- und Shinriki-Reis, auf 63% poliert, gebraut mit Grundwasser aus dem Kuzu-Flusstal. Der Shinriki-Reis trägt ein tiefes, rundes Umami und einen vollen Körper zu diesem lebensmittelfreundlichen Alltags-junmai bei.
