Dieser Tokubetsu Honjozo aus der Izumo-Region in der Präfektur Shimane schöpft Inspiration aus der Legende des Yamatano Orochi. Sakereis Yamada Nishiki und Tamaei, angebaut in den klaren Gewässern von Okuizumo, wird auf 60% poliert und nach der speziellen Honjozo-Methode gebraut, was einen sauberen, präzisen Sake ergibt, der in Izumos mythologischer und landwirtschaftlicher Identität verwurzelt ist. Das Etikett dieser Marke, 'Izumo Hometown Sake', wurde von der Kalligraphin Midori Saito gestaltet.
