Description
In einer 1904 gegründeten Fukui-Brauerei hergestellt, entsteht dieser Honjozo mit dem weichen Grundwasser Echizens nach dem traditionellen Drei-Stufen-Prozess: ein koji, zwei moto, drei Braugänge. Die Brauerei bezieht ihr Brauwasser aus den schneeschmelzgespeisten Grundwasserleitern entlang der Hakusan-Bergkette.
