Daiginjo honnama aus Gohyakumangoku, auf 50% poliert, unerhitzt als lebendiger nama sake freigegeben, von dieser 1877 gegründeten Tsukuba-Brauerei. Mit der charakteristischen Ogawa-Hefe gebraut, seit die Brauerei auf premiumorientierte ginjo-Produktion umgestellt wurde, zeigt er die saubere, verfeinerte sake-Qualität, die den Kiritsukuba-Stil definiert.
