11 sakes

From the brewery

Founded in the middle of the Edo period in the first year of Kyoho (1716). The origin of the sake inscription "Shin Thunder" was named in the country where the lightning fell in the sake brewery, but it was not too much, and in the country where God dwelled. It also has the desire to "trust and drink." The sake brewery located in Kamiishi -gun, Hiroshima Prefecture is located at an altitude of 500m (the highest altitude in the prefecture), which has the same cold weather as the northern part of the Tohoku region. The cold climate and the soft water brewing method transmitted to Hiroshima Prefecture are making sake brewing in search of "rich and refreshing flavors". The theme is "Sake is the best gift gifts given by the natural environment in Japan", so we are actively working on the preparation that expresses the climate and climate of the warehouse. We want to use rice from Hiroshima Prefecture for all preparation and to brew the liquor that will give you the climate of this land.
