This is a sake brewery that has been revived from R1BY in 2019 by a new owner who has been sleeping for over 20 years. We invite Mr. Katsuaki Yamamoto, a young man who has worked on "Amano Sake / Yamamoto Special" and "Kikutaka", and sends out unprecedented sake to the world.
