It is located in the town of Kakudayama, about an hour drive from the center of Niigata City.
Aiming for delicious sake that would please people, I named "Tsurugame" because it became a congratulations trademark. We are looking for the highest sake quality that will satisfy our customers, and dare to focus on small preparation. From the selection of rice, the appropriate rice washing conditions and the optimal water absorption conditions are set each time, and the characteristics of raw materials are drawn out by making full use of skilled techniques.
