Our company has been founded in Bibichicho, Takahashi City, Okayama Prefecture since 1823. Since the time when Yamadaniya of the Bichu Matsuyama clan was active, we have been manufacturing and selling sake and shochu. The year of Bunsei six years is also the year of the Shogunate Katsu Kaishu. Regarding sake, the brands were "Wakatake", "Tomiya Tsuru", and "Rantei Kuizu", but now it is only "Rankatei Water". The brand "Rantei Kosui" is quoted from a Chinese old event. It is a slightly dry, clean and easy -to -drink sake quality.
