SAKE STORM COWBOY is a collaboration label from Ohmine Shuzou in Mine City, Yamaguchi, created together with fashion designer NIGO and music producer Pharrell Williams, announced in 2019. Both collaborators were actively involved in the quality design of the sake rather than simply lending their names, and the series won gold in the sake category of the 2020 International Wine Challenge in London. Ohmine Shuzou itself was revived in 2010 after a 55-year hiatus, operating from a state-of-the-art facility opened in 2018 and guided by the philosophy of respecting classic recipes while creating sake that our predecessors could not achieve.
