Sake Brand
Miyanoyuki
Miyazaki Honten has been brewing sake in Kusumachi, Yokkaichi, Mie Prefecture since 1846, guided by a company motto of 'quality first' that has shaped nearly 180 years of production. The brand name Miyanoyuki draws from the 'Miya' of the Grand Ise Shrine and the 'Yuki' of snow on the Suzuka Mountains, evoking both the spiritual heritage and natural setting of the region. Using pure-strain yeast and hand-crafted koji fermented slowly at low temperatures, the brewery has earned multiple awards, including a gold medal at the 1984 Monde Selection for its Daiginjo.
