Fukuwagura is the sake label of food manufacturer Imuraya, which revived an historic Mie Prefecture brewery in 2021 under the name fusing fuku from a predecessor brewery and wagu from company founder Kazogura Imura. Operating on a year-round four-seasons brewing cycle, it sources all rice, water, and yeast from Mie Prefecture; its junmai daiginjo earned a gold prize at the National New Sake Awards within just three years of production.
