Fukumitsuya, founded in 1625 and holding the longest continuous history of any sake brewery in Kanazawa, Ishikawa Prefecture, launched FROM THE CELLAR as its premium aged sake collection, built on aging expertise the brewery first developed in 1959. The collection draws on two distinct cellaring methods, Nojuku aged at room temperature and Tanjuku cellared at low temperatures, producing sakes with a beautiful golden color and the complex, full-bodied flavor that only extended maturation can yield.
