Katabaru brings the culinary traditions of Japan's Kyushu region to Williamsburg, reworking regional dishes with modern technique alongside a cocktail-forward bar. True to its Kyushu roots, the beverage program is built around a curated run of sake, shochu, and whisky rather than a broad, generic Japanese list. It keeps a compact schedule, open for dinner Tuesday through Saturday and adding weekend brunch.
