Yamada Nishiki de Hyogo polido a 38% é elaborado em pequenos lotes com prensagem em saco e água subterrânea rica em minerais extraída a 130 metros abaixo da adega da Matsuoka Brewing em Saitama. Este daiginjo conquistou medalhas de ouro no Concurso Nacional de Novos Sakes por oito anos consecutivos, o maior número na história da Prefeitura de Saitama, com textura sedosa e aroma floral refinado.
