Localizada em Yamato-cho, onde nascem as águas dos rios Midorikawa e Gokase. Quase 100% do arroz de sake utilizado, em cooperação com o 'JA Kami Mashiki Sake Rice Subcommittee', é cultivado em Yamato-cho. Todo o sake, desde Junmai e Ginjo até o sake comum, utiliza 'levedura Kumamoto'.
