Fu-Ki é um sake junmai produzido com arroz cultivado ao sol e água pura de poço artesiano japonês, fermentado naturalmente sem adição de álcool destilado. Aromas de maçã verde, baunilha, pêssego e flores brancas precedem um paladar rico, suave e levemente adocicado, com um final caloroso. O nome pode ser traduzido como rico e nobre.
