Description

From Umenishiki Yamakawa, an Ehime brewery founded in 1872 that has won over 30 gold medals at the National New Sake Competition, this sake is made following the brewery's consistent production approach across all grades. Soft subterranean water from the Ishizuchi range is used in brewing.
