Yamadaho, the paternal ancestor of Yamada Nishiki, is polished to 55% for this white-label Bakuren ginjo from Kamenoishuzou in Tsuruoka, Yamagata. Released in autumn as a limited seasonal, it maintains the ultra-dry character (+20 sake meter value) of the Bakuren series while offering Yamadaho's characteristic soft texture and a faint, gentle sweetness.
Light and fragrant with delicate floral and fruit aromas.
