Tsukurizakaya no Umenosake from Eisen Shuzo in Fukushima is a plum sake (umeshu) produced at the brewery using sake as the base alcohol. The sakagura (sake brewery) production of umeshu draws on the high-quality sake base.

Founded in Aizuwakamatsu city in 1869. The celebration has been pursued only to make good sake. In 1989, the brewery was relocated to the foot of Bandai, the place of the 100th Waswater.
