Description
This tokubetsu junmai is brewed in the Tosa region of Kochi Prefecture using subsoil water drawn from the Niyodo River. It carries a fragrant aroma of young banana, apple, marshmallow and cream, finishing clean, dry and quick with a round, savory character. The name references a historic document signed off the coast of Shikoku near the end of the Edo period.
