A junmai daiginjo from Tomikawa Shuzo in Tochigi, brewed with Yamada Nishiki rice. The brewery's second flagship brand, Tomigawa, is crafted at a small Tochigi producer where both the Chuai and Tomigawa lines are made by hand in limited quantities.
