Furuhashi Shuzou

Shimane
The representative brand name is "Ujin". The origin of the name comes from the first generation of the Hiroshima clan when the first generation of the Hiroshima clan is 17 years old, as a horse around the Hiroshima feudal lord in the battle of Toba Fushimi. Since its inception, we have built local sake grown in the winter of Tsuwano, which is strictly cold. Tsuwano has a โ€œcold winterโ€, โ€œgood quality watering waterโ€, and โ€œgood riceโ€, which are indispensable for good sake, and the tradition of sake brewing is breathing in a small town. All alcoholic beverages can be tasted in the store for free. We look forward to your visit. (Shimane Sake Brewery Association)
