Tokusen Fukashitsuru Honjozoshu

🍶
Description

Tokusen Fukashitsuru (Deep Crane) Honjozo is produced by Goumeigaishaokusawashoukai in Nagano, a landlocked prefecture known for its clean mountain water flowing from the Japanese Alps. Classified as tokusen (select grade) honjozo, a small addition of distilled brewer's alcohol is used to sharpen the aroma and lighten the body while maintaining premium designation. Nagano's cold winters and pure snowmelt-fed rivers create ideal conditions for slow, low-temperature fermentation that defines the region's sake style.

Goumeigaishaokusawashoukai

Nagano
A brewery in Matsumoto City, which has more than 100 years of history in 1888. The brand "Fukashizuru" is a beautiful and mouthful brand from the ancient Fukashijo (now national treasure Matsumotojo). As the name suggests, it is a local sake in Matsumoto, a castle town that has been loved by locals for a long time. Recommended for Matsumoto souvenirs.
