Description
Our nigori ginjo uses rice milled to 60%, which results in a smooth creamy taste to match it’s unfiltered texture. It’s nose is an aromatic concoction of honeydew and coconut, with a soft mango finish. The meticulous care used during the brewing is reflected in the complexity of our nigori ginjo. The sweetness is all natural from the famed Yamada Nishiki rice, and it’s been skillfully crafted in a way that sets it apart from other American Saké.
