Description

Tensei Junmai Bokugochozo is a pure rice sake from Kumazawa Brewing Company that is aged in a former air-raid shelter (bokugo), where the stable cool temperature allows for slow, even maturation. This Kanagawa junmai develops added depth and mellowness through its underground storage, a method that connects the sake to local wartime history.
