Description

There are six "none", this sake. "Unfiltered" as it is "Hydrangea" A raw sake with a rich umami "Heat -free" as fresh sake "Cannot make foam" leave a natural foaming feeling "I don't have time" bottled on the day of the upper tank The taste full of freshness I pursued "I'm crazy". The second in the series, "Black Bottle", uses 100 % "Dewa San" from Yamagata Prefecture. The sweetness and umami with a clear outline move in the mouth.
