Takacho Bodaimoto Muroka Junmai Genshu "Regal Hawk"

Rate this sake
🍶
Description

Brewed using the historical bodaimoto method that combines steamed and raw rice, this junmai genshu is unfiltered, or muroka, with a low sake meter value and high acidity. Aromas of cooked cherry, citrus yogurt, and honey baked ham lead into a rich, velvety palate of sweet tea, honey, lemon peel, and cooked pear with a pronounced umami character and notably high amino acid content.
