The Nagayama Honke Sake Brewery Co., Ltd. established Domaine Co., Ltd. in 2019 in 2019. Today, delicious sake is getting closer, but Japanese agriculture is in a serious shortage of successors. In our sake brewery, sake brewing is performed in winter, and in the summer, young craftsmen are sweating in rice fields and working hard to make sake rice. We don't think that sake is enough if the drink is delicious. The beautiful rural scenery of the town is maintained and the town where local people shine is the original role of sake brewery. The Atsushi River in the Futabase district of Ube -shi, where our sake brewery is located, has Akiyoshidai as a water source. Water, which contains a lot of calcium on the Calst plateau, carries the best minerals for sake. And our craftsmen and partner farmers who make rice together in the northern part of Ube City are growing sake with plenty of Yamada Nishiki raised in hand salt.
