The brewery draws water from the cedar-forested mountains of Chizu Town, and its sake is designed as a steady companion to the dining table.

It is a warehouse located in Chizujuku, a post town where Honjin was used by the lord of the Tottori feudal clan on a change of work. The founding is in Ansei 6 years, and the inscription of Suwa Izumi is derived from Suwa Shrine in the back of the store. The theme of Suwa Izumi is "Happy Dining Table". We propose a happy dining table with alcohol.
