Description

Shigemasu Karakuchijunmaishu is a dry tokubetsu junmai polished to 55% from Takahashi Shoten in Fukuoka. The karakuchi (dry) profile in a pure rice sake format draws out the natural grain umami of the brewery's Kumamoto yeast fermentation, with the Yame City water source contributing its soft mineral character.
