Shigemasu Daiginjo Hakoirimusume uses Yamada Nishiki from Fukuoka's Itoshima region polished to 40%, crafted by Takahashi Shoten in Fukuoka using low-temperature fermentation and handmade koji. This daiginjo has been selected for Japan Airlines first class service and is celebrated for its fruity aroma and refined, clean finish.
