Named for the Onbashira festival of Suwa Grand Shrine, this sake from the Miwatari-producing brewery in Okaya, Nagano, uses 100% Nagano-grown rice polished to 70% with spring water from Hachifuse Mountain. At 15% ABV with a sake meter value of +2, it is described as a balanced, warming sake with clean umami and a well-composed finish.
