There is a storehouse in Hokuto City, Yamanashi Prefecture, surrounded by the rich nature of Yatsugatake.
The name of Takesoi is derived from the name of the first generation Takezaemon and the well where the underground water of Yatsugatake springs.
Raw rice is made from sake brewing good rice from all over the country, and the yeast required for fermentation is mainly used at Tokyo University of Agriculture University.
