Description
Sasanoshizuku Daiginjo from Houmeishuzou in Hyogo's Tanba-Sasayama takes its name from drops of water on bamboo leaves, imagery that evokes the delicacy and refinement expected of a highly polished daiginjo. This 1.8-liter format offers generous volume of the brewery's premium ginjo expression, with rice polished beyond 50 percent and slow, controlled fermentation producing the signature floral and fruit-forward aromatics of the daiginjo class. Tanba-Sasayama's cool mountain air and clean water underpin the purity and elegance of this sake.
