Description

Sakaya Hachibei Tokubetsu Junmaishu uses Gohyakumangoku in a tokubetsu junmai from Motosaka Shuzo in Odai Town, Mie, polished beyond the standard junmai level for greater refinement. The brewery's Kitayama River mountain water and careful fermentation produce a clean, rounded tokubetsu junmai suited to the seafood and mountain cuisine of Mie Prefecture.
