Description
Sakakimasamune is brewed at Yokouchi Shuzoten in Minami-Alps, Yamanashi, a brewery founded in 1872 and situated at the foot of Mt. Kushigatayama. Using local spring water and predominantly Yamanashi-grown Yamada Nishiki, this all-tokutei-meishoshu brewery produces sake with a clean, light-bodied umami and dry finish.
